A stat similar to what we see time and time again for our hospitality and retail clients regarding revenue.
If you know who that 8% are, brilliant. How are you going to nurture and retain them?
If you don’t, that’s an incredibly risky place to be.
And most definitely not a place Apple would ever find themselves.
